   My Domain does not show all entries

Question 

In webmail when I compose a message and go to "My Domain" I see all the directory entries but when I go to Pronto I see either just a few or none?

Answer 

The problem is the user inadvertently created an address book called "My Domain" and this comes up instead of the directory address book.

In order to resolve this you must go through the following steps.

In Pronto delete the address book called "My Domain".

Log in to the account via webmail

Got to Settings/Contacts

In Directory Address book add the following

My Domain for Name

$domain$ for Search Base
