   'Quota Exceeded' error, but the account is not over quota


Why am I seeing a "quota exceeded" error in my logs when CGP tries to deliver a message to an account that is not over quota?


CommuniGate Pro can utilize one of three formats for mailbox storage: mbox, mdir or sliced. You can read more about them here:

Buy default CGP uses mbox which has a 2GB hard cap for any single mailbox within an account.

Possible Solutions:

1) Reduce the size of the mailbox by moving or removing messages/data

2) Convert the mailbox to mdir or sliced format
